The Joslyn Aeronautical
Obstruction Light Hanger System provides a safe, efficient means of
cleaning and relamping obstruction lights at the base of tall structures.
The lowering system equips the warning light system with hangers that
allow simple and immediate lamp changes. Fixtures can be lowered to
ground level from heights of up to 450 feet.
The fixture is completely
disconnected from the power source, thereby minimizing electrical and
personnel hazards. Expensive ladder or scaffolding systems, helicopters,
steeplejacks, and cranes are eliminated.
